Placing Orders

What’s the minimum order so that you will deliver?
Minimum order for Delivery is $60.

Do I need to order my éclairs in advance?
- Yes/ No – depend on your requirement. You may place your order via Sherlyn & Co. online store. You may select your collection date & time of delivery or self-pick up.
- We do have selection under Last Minute (Express) Eclairs that you may order for same day delivery or express within 1 hour* – you may place order online and call us @ 67422822 (9.30am to 5.30pm) after hours you may contact 98579292.
- Artisanal Eclairs order need to be placed 1-2 days before the delivery.
- We encourage our customers to place an advance order for large quantities as our products a prepared on a “made to order” service. You may also email your enquiry to sales@sherlynco.com.sg or WhatsApp to 98579292.

How many days in advance I should place my order?
Generally, Lead time: Order the very latest by 3pm for next day delivery or collection.
- For Artisan Eclair: 24-48 hours days before delivery
- Personalized Tag: 2 days (48 hours) before the delivery
- Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any requests for changes or offer refunds thereafter.
- Please note that all our products are handmade and slight variations in appearance may occur.

How do I place order for Last Minute (Express) delivery?
- Orders will be accepted subject to availability.
- Delivery will be dependent on your delivery location, traffic/weather conditions.
- 1 hour delivery will commence upon acceptance/payment made from Sherlyn and Co
- Please WhatsApp your order to 97933879 or 9857-9292 or call 674-22822 to confirm that we have your choice of sweets.
- Full payment must be made before delivery.
- Payment via Payow to UEN: 201106346E (Catering Culture Pte Ltd) and confirmation slip must be shared with 97933879 or 9857-9292 so that we may process the order.

Does Sherlyn & Co offer customization for special occasions?
- Yes, we do. For birthdays – we will provide complimentary Happy Birthday tags.
- For another customization, do call us, we can work something out.
- We are happy to be part of your corporate events, themed parties and other joyous celebrations – please leave email us at sales@sherlyn.com.sg. Our dedicated sales consultant will get in touch with you shortly.

Error Message

Why doesn’t my promo code work?
If you get an error message, check if the following applies to you:
- The items aren’t eligible: Check the terms and conditions of the code and make sure the items in your shopping cart aren’t excluded items!
- The code has been entered incorrectly: Whoops! Enter your coupon code (Case-sensitive) exactly as it is written and try again.
- The code has expired: Some of our coupon codes run only for a limited time.

Delivery, Self Collection & Charges

How much is your delivery charges?
- Standard Delivery Charge: $25 ($26.75 w/ GST) – Daily (Time Slots: As above)
- Last minute (Express) Delivery Charge: $30 ($32.10 w/ GST) (within 1 hour*) Buffer of 30mins should be accepted by customer due unforeseen circumstances
- For Last minute/ Express Delivery: timing: 10am – 7pm (we don’t accept last minute order after 4.30pm for the day itself)
- Only Last Minute (Express) Eclairs that can be order for same day delivery or express within 1 hour. Click here for the menu.
- After placing online order – you may call us @ 67422822 (9.30am to 5.30pm) after hours you may contact 97933879/ 98579292.
- Payment has to be made online when placing booking.

Can I self-collect my order?
- Both pick-up and delivery options are available. Options can be found on our website during your checkout – (Mon to Sunday -7 Days a week)
- Do select your date & time for either option.
- We have 3 time slots each day (11 to 2pm) (2pm to 4pm)(4pm to 6pm)

What should I do if my order is late?
- Due to uncertain circumstances, please allocate buffer for our delivery. Max 30 mins after the delivery time frame or time slots.

Payments

Do you allow credit terms for corporate order?
Yes, we do, must be pre-approved by our accounts.

If I want to make cheque payment. Who is the payee’s name?
Catering Culture Pte Ltd.

What are the payment methods?
- For last minute (Express Delivery) all payment strictly must be made before the delivery. You may pay by PayNow, Visa, Mastercard & AMEX.
- Our current payment methods are Cash, Cheque, PayNow, Visa, Mastercard.

Cancellation and Changes to the Order

Can make changes to my order?
If you wish to make any changes to your cake order, we require the following notice period before delivery/collection:
- For Eclairs: 24 hours (by noon)
- For 6/8-inch and 2 tier cakes: 72 hours (by noon)
- Personalised plaques: 24 hours (by noon)

Can I cancel my order with cancellation charges?
- There will be no cancellation admin fee is we have not processed the orders – means no confirmation email send to you. This is not applicable for last minute order
- After confirmation order sent there will be admin fee of $20 ($21.40 w/ GST) This is not applicable for last minute order
- Cancellation less than 24 hours- 50% payment should be collected.

Food Safety

How long can the éclairs last outdoors?
All our eclairs and most of our desserts contains fresh produce (Fruits and Garnishes) and dairy products. It is recommended that you refrigerate the items within 1 to 2 hours from time of purchase to maintain its freshness. A great tip, desserts are best enjoyed Chilled!

Can I keep the éclairs overnight?
Yes, you may – however our éclairs & desserts are made fresh on daily basis / upon order. We recommend to consume on the same day.

Is Sherlyn & Co. certified halal?
Yes, we are halal certified by MUIS.

Does Sherlyn & Co have any nut-free/dairy-free options?
A variety of imported premium ingredients in our products, including milk, cream, butter, eggs, sugar and flour. All items listed on the menu are prepared in the same kitchen as other product that contain nuts. We do try our best to prevent cross-contamination.

Dietary & Allergen Advice for Clients?
Contains GLUTEN (WHEAT), EGGS, and MILK. All our products are baked and prepared in our dedicated kitchen facilities, which also handle NUTS, SOYA and SULPHUR DIOXIDE and may contain traces. Suitable for vegetarians, but not for vegans. The guide should be checked carefully and regularly, should you have any concerns.
